We are a startup in mobility company looking for a GoHighLevel, telephony, and digital marketing expert who can deliver end-to-end solutions – from funnels, call tracking and AI insights to SEO, campaigns, and automation. ### Telephony & Communication - Set up telephony in GoHighLevel using providers with numbers approved for Sweden (DID numbers). - Ensure inbound/outbound calls and SMS work smoothly for 3–5 team members. - Record and transcribe all calls in Swedish (AI-driven or human-to-human). - Link recordings and transcripts directly to the correct contact/opportunity in HighLevel. - Automatically generate summaries, conclusions, to-do’s, next steps, objections, deal probability. - Provide insights for FAQ creation, sales arguments, call balance and sales performance tracking. - Build automation workflows based on call data. ### Email & Outreach - Warm up email servers for marketing campaigns. - Switch to our own mail server for daily emails in GoHighLevel. - Ensure proper DKIM, SPF, DMARC setup. - Segment mailing lists and create new ones via scraping tools. ### Google Ads & SEO - Review and clean up existing campaigns. - Ensure ads link to the correct landing pages. - Continuous SEO optimization and conversion tracking. ### Website (WordPress/Elementor) - Improve user journey and increase engagement. - A/B test different layouts and landing pages. - We already use Tag Manager, Hotjar, Meta Pixel and GA4 – but need better configuration for actionable insights. ### Traffic Generation & Campaigns - Drive traffic via Google Ads and social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). - Create campaigns for both B2B and B2C. - Adapt messaging across channels. ### New Web Application (Car Subscription) - Already integrated with HighLevel via API v2. - Support to drive traffic via SEO, Google Ads and social media. - Build high-converting landing pages connected to the app. ### Required Skills - Proven experience with GoHighLevel (API v2). - Knowledge of telephony providers offering Swedish DID numbers. - Experience with voice AI, transcription and call analytics. - SEO, Google Ads and conversion optimization. - WordPress/Elementor & advanced tracking (Tag Manager, GA4, Pixel, Hotjar). - Email marketing & server configuration. - Automation & workflow setup in HighLevel. - Fluent English (spoken & written). Solutions must work in Swedish. - Bonus: Ability to take end-to-end responsibility (technical + marketing). We will start with limited project and slowly make it ongoing part time or project based.
