TRIBUNAL-APPOINTED PROPERTY MANAGER REQUIRED - SECTION 24 LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT 1987

Co-owned freehold with ongoing management disputes between leaseholders
Requires independent, professional management to ensure lease compliance and impartiality
