Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
2) Identify new market opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients.
3) Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
4) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
5) Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
6) Track and analyze business performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
7) Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in digital marketing and software development.
8) Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
9) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
10) Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
11) Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to create client-focused solutions.
12) Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
13) Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
14) Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
