Activities
1. To promote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering
and contributing. To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules and requirements.
2. To ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To
guarantee the compliance on his activities.
3. To ensure that state of the art, TEPA referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements.
4. To work by anticipation. To assess and to identify risks for the PBF activities and manage associated mitigation actions at his/her level.
5. With the spirit of One TOTALENERGIES values, to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and to work
diligently to meet the targets of the projects.
6. To promote digitalization and innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings
all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs (3C initiatives) without impairing QHSE objectives.
7. To keep divisional Manager and all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the Project Managers on
HSEQ related actions/decisions.
8. To review Commissioning procedure and/or OTPs issued by the Commissioning team and/or vendors.
9. To prepare Commissioning procedure and/or OTPs related to topside activities
10. To ensure delivery of all Commissioning deliverables in due time, as per planning
11. To provide assistance to the Onshore Commissioning Leader to prepare the Commissioning activities in respect with OPERCOMâ„¢
methodology & all applicable specification: task identification for and between each phases (on & offshore)
12. To participate to the System & Sub-system definition, in close collaboration with the Commissioning Leader
13. To participate & to review the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning ICAPS© population
14. To participate to the Commissioning planning preparation, and review/analyze the planning received from Projects CTRs
15. To review CTRs engineering documentation (PRODOM review) in due time & ensure the detail engineering is in line with TEPA expectation
& CPY GS.
16. To witness the FAT/EFAT, construction & Pre-commissioning activities related to his discipline
17. To ensure, with disciplines leaders the management of Commissioning spare parts offshore
18. To ensure, with disciplines leaders all required tools & consumables related to Commissioning will be available for the Commissioning
execution
19. To ensure, with disciplines leaders the management of Commissioning spare parts offshore
20. To prepare RLO, JRA & other related presentation (power point) when necessary
21. To review PTW prepared by the Commissioning team & to issue PTW if required
22. To review, follow-up & propose remedial action of Project's Punch List (regular meetings with relevant entities to be organized)
23. To report any deviation faced/observed, and to initiate corrective & remedial actions (in coordination with hierarchy)
24. To ensure that Project's CTRs & CPY Pre-commissioning team are working in accordance with CPY referential (GS, OPERCOM®...)
25. To ensure that Project's CTRs are providing required red line mark-up & as built documents
26. To follow-up, review, issue and manage green line mark-ups according to Project(s) specification(s)
27. To review and approve Pre-commissioning dossiers at RFC status
28. To review, validate & ensure the approval of Commissioning dossiers at AOC status
29. To prepare, lead, organize and execute all Commissioning activities on site
30. To ensure the reporting of the Commissioning activities during DE & onshore/offshore execution
31. To ensure that Project's CTRs organize Pre-commissioning activities in line with SU / Commissioning sequence
32. To check progress against planning & recommend any necessary correctives actions
33. To ensure safe Commissioning specially during SIMOPS phases
34. To ensure correct management of vendors on Site
35. To ensure the good management (population, modification, progress,...) of the ICAPS© database
36. To anticipate problems from the construction up to the start-up, and to report to the Commissioning Leader
37. To coordinate with FPSO team during Commissioning activities to ensure compliance/acceptance of the works
38. To report to the Commissioning Leader all aspects related to the Commissioning team
39. To assist as required the Commissioning Leader
40. To witness subsea installation / Pre-commissioning prior to start Commissioning activities (Well Jumper / FLs...) and ensure the work is
properly done
41. To liaise with others entities (Project's CTR & CPY teams) to ensure consistency of the work (regular meetings to be organized)
42. To assist Project & Site Operation teams during SU phase, but also during all punch clearance activities
43. To assist FPSO Operation / Maintenance teams post SU phase
44. To anticipate the need and manage all tools provided by the Project, ensure certification is up to date
45. Transfer of spare parts to site team to be ensured (lists, good packaging, recommendation for preservation, etc.)
46. Vendors' training to be ensured to site team when considered required
Context and environment
PBF is the brownfield project division of TEPA and benefits of a matrix organization. It's managing projects from FEED/Basic Engineering to
Startup/ hand-over to Block Field Operation teams.
The nature of the brownfield projects, i.e. most of the execution activities offshore are executed in SIMOPS on live FPSOs (Girassol, Dalia, Pazflor,
CLOV on Block 17 and Kaombo Norte and Sul on Block 32) and congested seabed, increases the risks and consequently the challenges of the
projects (co-activities with other projects and maintenance activities, minimization of production shortfalls...).
PBF is managing EPC contracts with major international Contractors but also local players including onshore prefabrication in Angola, offshore
construction, and Installation (FPSO modifications, SURF, SPS, SIMOPS, high number of contractors & subcontractors).
? Brownfield environment, with all Site(s) activities carried out in SIMOPS mode
? Lot of interfaces & synergies (within PBF & outside -DB17/FO notably-)
Accountabilities
? To adopt & to demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to:

? Satisfactory interface / Communication with Projects Packages
? Delivery of Commissioning engineering as per planning
? To ensure that the priorities are taken into account regarding the Commissioning activities
? To develop throughout the project deliverables relating to the management of his activities e.g.: technical documents, contribution to reports, presentations, memorandum, etc.
? Execution of Commissioning as per planning
? Satisfactory Hand-Over and support to TEPA FO team

Qualifications/Experience required
? Experience in Topside Commissioning in TotalEnergies oil and gas fields is mandatory, minimum of 10 years experience in Topside Commissioning / with at least 5 years in lead Commissioning role on site
? Experience in Brownfield & SIMOPS Commissioning is mandatory
? Experience in EPC project is mandatory
? Experience of OPERCOM® methodology & ICAPS© is mandatory
? Experience on preparation of Commissioning procedure and OTP is mandatory
? Good coordination, transversality, leadership & communication skills
? Sound organizational ability, with respect for planning & budget(s)
